TURKEY VEGGIE BOWLS
Bowls are a staple in our house - they’re just seriously fool proof and always delicious, you can’t mess them up! If we’re not eating some variation of meat on a salad with veggies, we’re eating some other variation of meat in a bowl with veggies. It’s the easiest way to have a relatively clean and healthy meal but still feel like you’re getting enough food. Personally, I LOVE salads so I never really have that problem but I know a lot of people who think salad just isn’t “enough of a meal” - especially the dudes in our lives!
I feel like that’s a topic for another day because I could probably round up like 12 different salads that are totally filling - and hey, I just might!
Anyway, scroll through for one of my go-to ground turkey recipes right now. I’ve been craving salty Asian flavors the last couple weeks and this totally hit the spot. We’ve already had it twice this month and the second time did not disappoint either!
