SUNDAY SEVEN 03.21.2021

Whoa - HAPPY SPRING! Is it just me, or did the first day of spring used to fall on the 21st? Everyone was saying it was yesterday but?! Who cares. I’m excited either way! Now, our weather is certainly still confused but we will get there soon enough!

This week was insanely long, busy, and to be honest annoying LOL Felt like mercury was doing its thang again or something…daylight savings time definitely didn’t help, either. Mama is tired! We’ve spent the weekend doing lots of chores and nesting - basically getting to all of the things we’ve neglected lately since I know I won’t have the time or energy to do it all once baby girl gets here. Cleaning out the bathroom cabinets, purging my makeup and skincare drawers, organizing the linen closet and the laundry room cabinets, got all my Wit & Glory product put away after two years in storage, and now to tackle our master closet which is in a constant state of hot mess. Not much of a relaxing weekend but it does give me sanity to be checking things off my list!

For this week’s Sunday Seven, I’m rounding up some fun random finds that are getting me all excited for spring weather! Something about the turn of a season just gets me goin’ - can’t wait to bust out all of the sundresses and sandals and enjoy our backyard!

This Week’s Sunday Seven

// 1. Red Dress Windswept Gardens Ivory Floral Maxi Dress -- $64
I am always here for a good mumu style dress/big hat moment. Love the neutral print on this one - it can be easily dressed up or down with the right shoe and accessories. Not to mention - incredibly bump and PP friendly with all that flowiness - I might need to add this one to my rotation!

// 2. Bloomist Charcoal Wood Chain, Small Link -- $58
I posted a photo of some wood links I bought last year on my IG and got a few questions asking where they are from. I got mine from Ann Marie and Co. but I don’t see any in stock right now. Her shop is gorgeous though if you’re on the hunt for unique decorative objects. These links from Bloomist are really similar but I love the black! There is a waitlist for this smaller size, but they also sell a pale wood version, a marble version, and some amazing larger links that would be perfect for a big shelf moment. // 3. TJMaxx Set of Two Accent Rope Arm Chairs -- $299
Stumbled across this set of patio chairs and couldn’t believe the price! For two! I wish we had a front porch because my booty would never leave that spot in these cutie chairs. Love the rope detail, too! Would also be great paired with a second set and a low coffee table for a back deck conversation area.

// 4.Amazon Women's Open Square Toe Flat Sandals -- $30
We talked all about square toe sandals a couple weeks ago and I keep coming across the cutest ones! These are from Amazon and come in a ton of pretty colors - I think this beige and the olive green are my favorite! Would look so cute with that flowy dress, too.

// 5. Forever21 Beaded Bracelet Set -- $7
Talk about vacay vibes. I love this little stack of beaded bracelets. It comes in two color-ways and I truly couldn’t decide which one I liked better. The pink version is slightly more neutral but this one just screams summer to me. I’d wear them with a simple white tank and denim with some neutral sandals to show off my fresh tan :)

// 6. Lux Unfiltered No32 Hydrating Gradual Self-Tanning Cream -- $32
Speaking of fresh tan! This self tanner has been raved about all over the internet for awhile now. I have yet to try it but I hear so many great things I might have to once my favorite tan drops run out. Also a sucker for great packaging/branding. This is a woman owned biz, too, which I love! She started the company with her husband and they develop/formulate it all right in Los Angeles. Their products are cruelty free, paraben/gluten/paraffin/phthalate/silicone/sulfate free, anddd vegan. They also sell face drops, body cream, and a yummy exfoliating body polish. Sign me up! You can get the full body set here.

// 7. Crate & Barrel Salad Serving Bowl Large Black -- $39
Saw this little object on a styled shelf via Instagram this weekend and about died! Haha, I don’t know why I love it so much but maybe it’s the unique shape and the fact that I don’t currently have anything in my decor closet like it. Also - can’t beat the price! I was pleasantly surpised to find that it’s under $40. Use it as a bud vase or empty stacked on top of books or in front of another taller vase. It’s just so cute and versatile!
